2. What data we collect
When you fill out the contact form or the dealer application form, we collect the data you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, excavator/coupler details, and your message content. If you visit the site and consent to analytics cookies, we also collect anonymized usage data (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose of processing
We process personal data to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, handle a dealer application, and improve the website. If you opted in to receive updates, we also use your email address to send occasional news and promotions.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (submitting a form), on taking pre-contractual steps at your request (preparing a quote), and on our legitimate interest in providing and improving our service.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data from inquiries for up to 5 years from the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records). You may request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Sharing with third parties
We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to send emails, and Google Analytics (Google LLC) for visit analytics — the latter only if you have explicitly consented via the cookie banner. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
